Translator or interpreter?
An interpreter translates spoken words whereas a translator translates written words.
What languages do you work with?
We translate to and from the main European and non-European languages. (See SERVICES – Translation).
What’s the cost of an interpretation service?
Interpretation is charged according to an hourly or daily rate depending on the type of service required and the language pair.
What’s the cost of a translation?
The cost depends on the language, the subject, the document format, the length of the text to be translated, and the required delivery time. Depending on the characteristics of the text, translations are charged by the “page” or according to the number of words.
How do you define "page"?
A page is composed of 1375 characters including spaces.
Who are your translators and interpreters?
Our in-house and external translators and revisers are all professionals and native speakers of the target language, with consolidated experience in the field and a high level of passion for their work. All our interpreters are highly skilled and specialised professionals.
What are CAT tools?

How long does it take to translate a document?
Translation times dependon the number of words, language pair, document type, complexity of subject, and any ancillary services required.
In what format should I send in the document to be translated?
You can send your document to us in any format you wish, although editable files are to be preferred.
Do you offer sworn translation services?
Yes we do. Contact us for information.
Who is the project manager?
The project manager or “PM” is the person who manages the service from the time of the order to delivery of the finished job and filing of the project. The project manager interfaces with the customer and coordinates the translators working on the project. The name of the project manager is given to the customer at the time of the order confirmation. Customers can always contact their project manager by e-mail, phone or Skype.
What type of interpretation service do I need?
Simultaneous, consecutive, whispering, negotiations, trade fair assistance, etc. The service type depends on the type of event and the number of participants. Contact us for advice on the most suitable service for your needs.
What is DTP?
Acronym of Desktop Publishing. DTP refers to the series of operations performed using specific software to create a text with full graphic layout complete with images, tables, photos, etc. This service is handled by skilled professionals using specific publishing tools.
Can the source document page layout be retained also in the translated document?
Absolutely. We can return your translation in the same format and with the same layout as the original document.
What formats do you work with?
We can work with all the most popular applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PageMaker, InDesign, Illustrator and more besides.
